What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extra care in packaging our glassware and ceramics. All fragile items are double-boxed with eco-friendly cushioning to ensure they arrive at your table in perfect condition.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Big Night ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are your kitchen products dishwasher safe?
Product care varies by material. While most of our stainless steel and ceramic items are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our artisanal wood and hand-painted pieces to preserve their finish.
